Using the Events Metric

The Events metric can be used to identify sales figures and total counts of events by status.

 

Setting up the Events metric:

  1. Click Scheduling in the Display Items section of the Sidebar Menu.
  2. Drag and drop Events onto the Dashboard.
  3. Hover the cursor over the Events metric title to display the drop-down menu.
  4. Click Configure Options.
  5. Select a club to display. This metric only allows you to view one club at a time.
  6. Select a date range.
    You can also select a custom date range. See: Custom Date Range.
  7. Select a View.
    Count: Displays the number of events by event and status.
    Sales: Displays the sales amount by event and status.
  8. Choose the departments you want to display by moving them from Available to Selected using the multi-select list. See: Multi-Select List.
  9. Choose an employee to view or select All to view all employees in the selected departments.
  10. Select an event type: Choose appointments, classes, or both (All).
  11. Select a specific event to view or select All to view all events.
  12. Click OK.

Tip: While viewing this metric in the Count View, sort the displayed events by status column to see which events have the most common status. See: Sorting Columns.

Managing Events that appear in the Events metric:

To access the events that are displayed in the Events metric:

  1. Click the More button at the bottom right of the panel.
  2. Click Manage Event (Events from Dashboard).
    The Manage Events page will open, displaying only the events that are displayed in the Events metric.
  3. Click the underlined Event or Event Group to open and edit it.
