What’s next? ABC will offer mobile reporting access after the initial release of CRS 2.0. Stay tuned!

Cleaner look and organization

CRS 2.0 features a cleaner, updated look while still retaining the tabbed interface you're familiar with.

Report sub-categories

Now, instead of choosing from a list of related reports on a report's parameter page, we've grouped them into sub-categories on the same tab.

New reports

CRS 2.0 introduces a new reporting category, Combined, and three new reports on its tab:

Money Collected by Payment Type

Money Collected by Payment Type shows club income by payment type for different billing methods--combining both ABC Billing and DataTrak.

Money Collected by Payment Source

The Money Collected by Payment Source report shows income categorized by payment source, with payment types for each source. This report displays reversals and includes subtotals for each source and type.

Integrated Sales Tax by Source

The Integrated Sales Tax by Source report combines sales tax information from DataTrak and ABC Billing systems for configured clubs. Contact your Account Executive to have your club's ABC Billing information configured for Integrated Tax reporting.

Enhanced reporting formats

In addition to the HTML, PDF, and Excel formats you've come to rely on, CRS 2.0 features

Excel worksheets that include formulas (where applicable for the report)

Active reports : an analysis and collaboration format that runs right in your browser. Here's an example of ad-hoc charting using the Active Report format:

Report queuing

CRS 2.0 introduces report queuing. Set your options and report format, queue the report, and retrieve the results later.

Your reports can be run on demand, as always.
