The Online Signup app for iPad offers fitness clubs the ability to allow prospective members to sign up for memberships using an iPad and a credit card reader.
Previously, clubs could sign future members up using an iPad, but their only method of collecting payment information was through manual entry. Now, Online Signup for iPad obtains information by simply swiping the prospective member's credit card and automatically places collected payment information into the appropriate payment fields. This offers a secure and easy method for collecting important payment and identity information while minimizing the risk of improperly entered member data.
