Signing in to Your Member Account

You need a membership to use this site. If you need to sign up as a member, see Online Signup.

You must have registered (received a username and password) to sign in.

In order to register, you need the following information:

If you joined online, you should have received a copy of your membership agreement by email.

If you have this information, follow these steps to register with the site.

Important!  When registering, please contact your club if you receive notification that your email address is on the email blacklist.

Use the sign in page to:

Sign In

To sign in

  1. Type your username.
  2. Type your password.
  3. Click Sign In.

Retrieve Username

If you do not remember your user name, you can retrieve it.

To retrieve your username

  1. If necessary, click the username link under the sign in box.
  2. Type your email address.
  3. Transcribe the information in the box. This box considers uppercase letters to be different from lowercase ones. Include any punctuation or spaces displayed in the box.
  1. Click Submit.
  2. Check your email account for a message informing you of your username.
  3. Click the Sign In link to return to the sign in page and use the username.

Retrieve Password

If you do not remember your password, you can reset it. You need to know your username in order to retrieve your password. If you do not know your username, retrieve your username first.

To retrieve your password

  1. If necessary, click the password link under the sign in box.
  2. Type your username.
  3. Transcribe the information in the box. This box considers uppercase letters to be different from lowercase ones. Include any punctuation or spaces displayed in the box.
  1. Click Submit.
  2. Check your email for details about your password reset request.
  3. Click the Reset Password link in the email.
  4. Type the new password.
  1. Type your password a second time.

Your password must match both times you type it.

Classes

You can see the classes the location offers before you sign in. However, in order to enroll in a class, you must have a membership, be registered to use the site, and sign in.

Show the Class Schedule

Click Day, Week, or Month to change the amount of information displayed.

Search the Schedule

To search the schedule

  1. Show the class schedule for the desired time period.
  2. Click in the search field.
  3. Type in what to search for. Examples of things you can search for include:

Note:   The information displayed updates as you type search information. Search shows only information for the currently displayed time frame.

Print the Schedule

To print the schedule

  1. Display the schedule for the time frame you want.
  2. Click the printer icon.

View a Trainer Bio

The underlined name of the instructor, trainer, or staff person associated with the activity shows in the activity description.

To view a trainer bio

  1. Select an appointment.
  2. Click View Bio to open the instructor's biography. The page shows available information about the instructor.
  3. Click Close when you are done reading.
