Using the Employee Schedule Metric

The Employee Schedule metric displays events scheduled with employees of the club, and can be used to identify the sales opportunity level for various members.

 

Setting Up the Employee Schedule metric:

  1. Click Scheduling in the Display Items section of the Sidebar Menu.
  2. Drag and drop Employee Schedule onto the Dashboard.
  3. Hover the cursor over the Employee Schedule metric title to display the drop-down menu.
  4. Click Configure Options.
  5. Select the club you want to display. For the Employee Schedule metric, you can only view one club at a time.
  6. Select a date or custom date range you want to display. The custom date range for this metric cannot exceed 31 days.
  7. Choose the departments you want to display by moving them from Available to Selected using the multi-select list. See Multi-Select List.
  8. Select the employee whose schedule you want to view, or select All to view all employees in the selected departments.
  9. Choose the event statuses you want to display by moving them from Available to Selected using the multi-select list. See Multi-Select List.
  10. Choose whether to display appointments, classes, or both (All).
  11. Select a single event to display, or select All to display all events.
  12. Click OK.

 

Organizing the Employee Schedule metric:

By default, the information will be sorted by the Time column in ascending order, with the earliest event appearing in the top row.

If you have included multiple employees, events, or event statuses, you can separate these by sorting by those respective columns.

To sort by a column, click once on the column header to sort the data in ascending order. Click again to sort the data in descending order.

 

Managing Events that appear in the Employee Schedule metric:

To access the events that are displayed in the Employee Schedule metric:

  1. Click the More button at the bottom right of the panel.
  2. Click Manage Event (Events from Dashboard).
    The Manage Events page will open, displaying only the events that are displayed in the Employee Schedule metric.
  3. Click the underlined Event or Event Group to open and edit it.

  4. Click Close to return to the Dashboard.

Tip: Use the leftmost column in this metric to identify events with sales opportunity:
Red dot indicator: High Opportunity
Yellow dot indicator: Medium Opportunity
Green dot indicator: Low Opportunity
