Check Amount Calculations

How do I find out how my check amount was calculated?

Use the Monthly Billing Statement, on the Billing tab, to see how the calculation for your check amount.

 

RFC Accounts Forwarded to Collections

Where can I see RFC accounts forwarded to a collection agency?

Use the RFC to Agency report, on the RFC tab, to see a list of accounts forwarded to collections.

Why has my monthly billing decreased?

Use the following reports to research changes in your billing:

 

Members With Payments

Where do I see members and payments for the end of the current month?

Use the Account Detail report, on the Account Detail tab.

Past-Due Members

Where do I find an up-to-date list of members who are past due?

Use the Daily Delinquency report, on the Daily tab, to see an up-to-date list of all members who are past due.

Excel Output

What should I do when I receive an "access denied" error when trying to open an Excel drill-down report?

If you try to click a link in an Excel report to open a drill-down report and receive the error below indicating that access is denied, please start the troubleshooting process by ensuring you are using your default web browser.

If you are receiving this error while using your default browser, please contact the ABC Help Desk at (877)222-5767. Help desk personnel will need to install a registry edit patch for you to ensure access to drill-down reports.

What should I do when I receive the Session Timed Out error message when trying to open a drill-down report?

You will need to check your browser setting to ensure proper set-up. To begin, click the link to “Get instructions on changing your settings," which is indicated by the arrow in the above image of the error message. Click here for a direct link to set-up instructions.

What should I do when I get the message that Excel cannot open two workbooks with the same name at the same time?

If you receive an error message that Excel cannot open two workbooks with the same name at the same time then you will need to save the Excel workbook. After selecting Excel format and running the report, you will have the option to Open or Save the workbook. Select Save and continue the process of opening the workbook.
