RFC to Agency

The RFC to Agency report shows accounts that have been forwarded to an outside agency. The report is available for one or multiple clubs.

The RFC to Agency report applies to clubs using the Forward to Collections Program offered by the ABC Club Marketing Department.

Data is available beginning January 1, 2015.

Summary Report

From the parameters page, you have the option to select the summary or detail report type. Select summary to view an overview of accounts in past due status and the total amount past due. From the summary, you can access detail drill-down reports for each club or an aggregate detail report.

Detail Report

A sample of the detail report is displayed below.

  • The Past Due, Balance, and PCS Amount columns are limited to the current delinquent amount.
  • The Balance column displays the account balance for installment accounts.
  • The First Payment Defaults column will populate Y (Yes) for all first payment defaults.
