Using the Employees on Clock Metric

The Employees on Clock metric provides a quick way to see which employees are currently working at a specified club, their clock-in time, and how long they have been clocked in.

 

Setting up the Employees on Clock metric:

  1. Click Employee in the Display Items section of the Sidebar Menu.
  2. Drag and drop Employees on Clock onto the Dashboard.
  3. Hover the cursor over the Employees on Clock metric title to display the drop-down menu.
  4. Click Configure Options.
  5. Select the club you want to display. This metric only allows you to view one club at a time.
  6. Click OK.

 

Note: If the red dot indicator appears next to an employee's name, it is likely that employee forgot to clock out. This represents an elapsed time on the clock that exceeds twelve hours.
If you have a security role that allows access to employee time sheets, follow the steps below to clock out an employee.

 

Clocking out an employee from the Employees on Clock metric:

  1. Click the More button at the bottom right corner of the panel to open the More Information menu.
  2. Click Timesheets.
  3. The Manage Timesheets page will open. By default, the Clock In date is set to today. If necessary, change it using the From and To text fields in the Clock In box and click Search.
  4. Click the Clock In date and time of the employee you want to clock out.
  5. Enter a clock out time in the Clock Out box.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click Close to return to the Dashboard.
