UDFs are distinguished by the following entity types: Agreement, Member, Recurring Services, and Member Document. For each entity type, up to 50 UDFs can be created per company. This includes any UDFs that are inactive.
The following is a brief description of the entity types:
- Agreement UDFs are designed for agreement-specific information; they can be mapped to the PDF and printed on the agreement. Agreement UDF options are found in Edit Club, Edit Payment Plan, New Agreement, Edit Member, and Manage Reports.
- Member UDFs are designed for member-specific information. Member UDF options are found in Edit Club, Edit Payment Plan, New Agreement, Edit Member, and Manage Reports.
- Recurring Services UDFs are designed for use in recurring services plans. They can be mapped to the recurring services PDF and printed on the recurring services agreement. Recurring Services UDF options are found in Edit Recurring Services Payment Plan and Edit Recurring Services.
- Member Document UDFs can be mapped to the member document PDF.
