Change Summary:  New check for duplicate agreements.

Duplicate Agreements

Previously in some cases, duplicate agreements were created within minutes of each other via Online Join, MYiCLUBonline, or other applications. In these cases, the member, payment plan, and club information were identical, but new agreement numbers and POS receipt numbers were created. In some cases, this caused members to be charged multiple times.

In the following example image, multiple duplicate agreements were created for a member.

As of this release, we have made system changes to prevent the creation of duplicate agreements.

An agreement is considered a duplicate if all of the following matches a previous agreement:

  • Club Number
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Address
  • City
  • Zip Code
  • State
  • Payment Plan ID

Any agreement that is created within four (4) hours of another agreement and meets the criteria above is considered a duplicate and will not be processed.
