Member Search

The information below pertains to the Member Search (Find Member). To search using more filters, see Advanced Member Search.

Click the Members tab in the navigation tab to open the Find Member dialog box.

You can search for members by partial or complete first or last name, barcode, agreement number, and/or primary phone number.
The relevant members will be listed along with their phone number, address, date of birth, membership type, and membership status.

Click the member name listed in the results to open the Member Dashboard.

Alternatively, click Manage to the right of the member's entry to view or edit this member's personal and membership details, demographic information, and more.
