About this Release

In this release, we addressed the blank City field on the member's profile. We also resolved an issue where a member's account showed as frozen in the app after being reinstated from the freeze.

 

Added Validation to City Field in Member's Profile

Previously, a member could update their profile in the app and remove the city leaving the City field blank. As a result, the City field in M&O was updated to be blank which caused the NEED UPDATED ADDRESS alert to be displayed when the member checked in to the club.

The following are examples of the app with the blank City field in the member's profile and the M&O NEED UPDATED ADDRESS alert at check in.

To address this issue, we added validation to ensure that the City field cannot be blank in the app. If the member does not enter city information, the following error will be displayed: There is missing or invalid information. Please check highlighted fields. The member must update the highlighted field to save their changes.

Reinstated from a Freeze Shown as Frozen in the App

We updated the system logic to resolve an issue where a member's account still showed as frozen in the app after it had been reinstated from frozen and, therefore, was no longer in a Freeze status. The following images illustrate this issue.

In the app example below, the message indicates that the account is frozen.

However, in Membership & Operations the member's Notes page indicates that the account was reinstated from frozen as shown below.
