The Billing service allows you to work with member payment information and schedules. When you use Billing and its operations, you specify the account by its agreement number. You can view a member's billing history, update billing information, and schedule single payments for the member.
Limitations
There is not currently an operation in the Agreements service to cancel or refund a payment.
