Issue Resolution: In this release, a flag was created to control access to the Shop feature and the Buy Again button on the My Activities tab.

Access to Shop Feature and Buy Again Button

The Shop tab in MYiCLUBonline's Member Portal allows for the online purchase of services that are configured for sale in DataTrak. With this release, authorized personnel can disable the Shop feature (club level) and the Buy Again button on the My Activities tab. The following image shows an example of the Shop tab in MYiCLUBonline's Member Portal.

New Flag - Use Shop

A new flag in the database controls the availability of the Shop feature and the Buy Again button on the My Activities tab. The status of this flag is viewable in DataTrak under Edit Club > POS.

Important! At this time, flag status cannot be modified in DataTrak. This change must be made by a member of the Software Development department.

Note: This flag does not affect any API functions

Shop Unavailable Error Message

If a user initially logs into a club that uses the shop feature, but then changes over to a club that does not, they will receive the following message:

"Shop is not available at this club."
