Make A Payment

ISSUE

Some inactive members were allowed to log in using the mobile MYiCLUBonline app and make a payment; however, the system should have prevented them from doing so.

SOLUTION

To resolve this issue, we added validation to mobile MYiCLUBonline to prevent members from making payments if the member's status is Expired, Inactive, Cancelled, or Return for Collection.

ISSUE

In some cases, the system retained the original DataTrak management state (ABC Managed or Club Managed) from the time the member first registered for a MYiCLUBonline account instead of pulling the latest management state from the member’s account.

SOLUTION

To resolve this issue, we updated the system to pull in the member's current management state when the member signs in.
