My Payment History

The My Payment History page displays class and appointment purchases you have made, and also any payments (such as dues) you have made. The history includes all locations related for this membership.

Here you can

• Specify the date range (up to 90 days) for displayed information.
• Print or download purchase and payment history

Specify a Date Range

You can select a date range for either your purchases or payments.

To specify a date range:

1. Go to the section where you want to change the date.
2. Select a start date:

1. Click the Calendar icon for the beginning date.
2. Use the arrows to move between months.
3. Click a date.

3. Select an end date:

1. Click the Calendar icon for the end date.
2. Use the arrows to move between months.
3. Click a date.

4. Click Show.

Print or Download Purchase and Payment History

To print the information immediately, click the Print icon .

To save the information to a PDF file, click the Download icon .
