Cancel a Membership

Previously when canceling a membership, only the first past due invoice was selected by default. You then had to manually select all other invoices you wanted to collect prior to cancellation.

With this release, we added a new company setting to DataTrak to automatically select any and all invoices due.

To enable this setting, please contact your ABC Account Executive.

In the following example, all of the invoices that are due were automatically selected by default.
