Billing Info

Click the Billing Info tab to select the payment method.

In addition to collecting payment information you can also activate Club Account if desired. If ABC/Club Billing uses a credit card, you can use the payment option from ABC/Club Billing in addition to Club Account. The same applies to Club Account: if ABC/Club Billing uses credit card or EFT, you can use the payment option from ABC/Club Billing in addition to using a credit card for Card on file.

The Billing Info tab combines the Billing Information and Buyer sections.

Use the following information to complete the Billing Info tab:

  1. If the individual paying for the membership is someone other than the primary member, click the Buyer’s Information check box and enter that person’s name, address, and phone number. Otherwise, leave this section blank.
  2. In the ABC/Club Billing section, select a Payment Method.
  • For agreement terms Installment and Open, the available payment methods are Credit Card, EFT, and Statement (Note: Statement is only an option if your club is set up to use statements).
  • For agreement terms Cash and Cash Open, the available payment methods are Cash, Credit Card, EFT, and Statement (Note: Statement is only an option if your club is set up to use statements).
  1. Once you select a payment method, the payment information fields will populate with the available payment options already defined for the payment method and you can enter the member’s payment information.
  2. To activate card on file, click the Enable Card on File check box.
  • If you have also selected Enable Club Account and the information is the same for both, click the Use payment option from Club Account check box to copy that information.
  • If you have not selected Enable Club Account, or if the information is different from what you entered for Club Account, enter the card holder’s information.
  1. To activate Club Account, click the Enable Club Account check box.
  • If the information is the same as the information from the ABC/Club Billing section, click the Use payment option from ABC/Club Billing check box.
  • If you have also selected Enable Card on File you can copy that information by clicking the check box to Use payment option from Card on File.
  • If the information is different from what you entered for ABC/Club Billing, enter the card holder’s information.
