Transfer Candidate

Report Overview

This monthly report provides information about member check-ins by club. Key information includes the number of times a member checks in to each available club as well as the overall percentage of check-ins per club.

When to Use this Report

For companies with multiple clubs in close proximity, this report can be used to determine when a member should be moved to a new home club based on club usage.

For example, the report excerpt below shows that a member has a total of 12 check-ins for the period represented. Of those 12 check-ins, 100% were at one specific remote club rather than the member's home club. This information may indicate the member's home club should be transitioned to the remote club used most frequently.

Generating the Report

The parameters page offers three options to customize the report:

  • The report is generated by month.
  • After selecting the appropriate month, you can further customize the report by choosing Minimum Check Ins and Eligibility Percentage.
  • Minimum Check-Ins: Select a minimum number of monthly check-ins to qualify members to be included in the report. For example, you may only want to view information for members with 25 or more total check-ins for the month selected.
  • Eligibility Percentage: Narrow the report results by setting a percentage of check-ins which were not at the member's home club. For example, you may select 75% to view members who have checked in at a club other than their home club for 75% of their club visits in the month selected.
  • The Club selection box allows one or several clubs to be selected. The All Clubs check box can be selected for a comprehensive list.

The parameters page looks like this:

After making the selections, you can queue the report in the selected format.
