The Indefinite Freeze report provides a list of accounts that have been frozen indefinitely A freeze to a customer's account that, if not reinstated by the 12th month and frozen at a zero dollar ($0) amount, the account will automatically cancel..

Accounts with a status of indefinite freeze may be frozen with payment or without monthly payments:

• Frozen with Monthly Payments: Accounts automatically extend for 12 months. Contact ABC to cancel a specific account.
• Frozen without Monthly Payments: Accounts cancel at the conclusion of a 12-month freeze period. Contact ABC to reinstate or cancel the account.

Data is available beginning January 1, 2015.
