Cancelled Accounts
Report Overview
The Cancelled Accounts report provides a list of all ABC-managed accounts which were cancelled within the selected time period including details about the account, the reason for cancellation, the individual who authorized the termination, and monthly payment amounts. The report is grouped and subtotaled by Cancellation Code.
Data is available beginning January 1, 2015.
Report Column Information
Most columns on this report are self-explanatory; however, here are some additional notes on the Dues and Authorized By columns.
Dues
If a cancelled account included in the report has both dues and enhancement fees payable during the report's timeframe, then the amount listed in the dues column is the sum of both.
When a member does not have enhancement fees during the reporting timeframe, then the column includes only the amount of dues.
Authorized By
There is information about authorization in the following scenarios:
- If the account was cancelled June 16, 2010 or later
- If you cancel an account through MYiCLUBonline
- If you cancel an account through DataTrak
The Authorized By field is empty if an account cancels because the member's agreement term has completed.
