Club Number Expansion involves updating our systems to expand the club number field to 5 digits.

To provide capacity for continued growth, we are expanding club numbers to 5 digits.

We are updating our systems to accommodate 5-digit club numbers (in some cases, the system will allow either 4 or 5 digits). Wherever manual entry of a club number is required, you must enter a 5-digit club number including leading zeros.

This change will be generally available after April 25, 2020.

Depending on the application, traditional 4-digit club numbers (and 9-digit agreement numbers) may still be allowed. For example, the API will still allow requests with 4-digit club numbers, and will echo the 4-digit club number in the response.
