We resolved an issue with the Account Notes section.
Fixed Issue
Account Notes
When submitting a referral, the system did not add the appropriate notes to the agreement. For example, information for a referral made on May 18 did not appear in the Account Notes section as shown below.
We have corrected this issue: information for a referral made on May 21 was successfully added to the Account Notes section as shown below.
The system will not recreate notes from previous referrals; it will only add notes for referrals made after this change was implemented.
